Judge Kozinski Cleared In Porn Case
The judge beat the rap after last year’s revelation that he’d been posting funny porn stuff on the web. It was clear it was a 1st Amendment issue as we all like sharing dirty jokes. In his situation being a federal judge it was also looked upon as an embarrassment to the federal judiciary but was blown way out of proportion.
Judges are people too and some like rough housing like the rest of us. The bottom line is as long as he wasn’t posting illegal material like some of the politicians of late have been busted for, who cares?
I’m betting the good judge is just an all around fun guy to hang out with at the pub.
